When making an order you have agreed to all the terms and conditions listed on this website.
All 7 inch heel orders are made as a special request and cannot be exchanged or refunded if they do not fit or whatever reason. For more information on this, please email the office directly before placing your order.
All items are 'made to order', this means that when you place an order we shall take payment and ship the goods when they are ready to go out.
Please Note: All Shoes and Boots are shown in UK sizes. All Platform shoes only begin at size 4. No Platform shoes will be available at any sizes under size 4.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
If any item does not fit, we will exchange for a size either smaller or larger.
If the item has been altered/changed in any way we will not make any refund or exchange.
We are only able to sell items as discribed on our website, no private alterations can be made to the products.
For orders of multiple items, we recommend trying one pair first to check that the size fits. If you order multiple pairs and the sizes do not fit we will not offer any refunds on the order.
Once your order has been made we only take payment once your goods are ready to be sent out to you. The final price which is taken from your credit card may vary from the price shown when you placed your order. This is due to the changing shipping costs and material and production costs.
